My list wasn't for a hardcore offroader, it's for maintaining close to stock handling on a daily driver with a short arm lift. I'll break it down a bit for you.
1. Adj. front disconnects- The front swaybar should idealy be at 30* (25* is acceptable) after the lift, you may or may not be able to do this with fixed length links.
2. Extended rear links- included with the kit.
3. Adj. track bar- When you lift the Jeep the front axle is going to move to the passenger side. With the fixed length track bar it may not have enough length to bring it back in line with the rear axle.
4. A-Arm spacer- Already discussed
5. HD rear swaybar- When you get the Jeep up in the air the backend is going to wiggle around on you because the factory sway bar will be to small to take the force of cornering properly.
6. HD front swaybar- Can be skipped for a DD.
7. Extended bumpstops- will keep the larger tire from moving up high enough to tear out the wheel well liner or accidently tearing the fender off the Jeep.
8. Front coil holders- Can be skipped on a DD
9. Extended shocks- These are a must.
10. Rims with 4.5" of backspacing or spacers assuming that you will be running bigger tires.- You never said what size tires you were going to run after the lift but as you take the Jeep up the wheels need to be moved out to deal with the new height and width of the larger tires so that they don't interfere with the suspension components.
11. HD steering stabilizer- This is a must on any lifted Jeep, the stock stabilizer won't last long with the extra strain on it.
I'm not trying to steer you away from IRO or the kit, with 2 WJ's, 2 ZJ's and a TJ I've spent many paychecks on their stuff. I'm a huge fan and would reccomend them to anyone. If you look at all the stuff listed as extras on the page that shows the lift your looking at you'll see everything I've listed except for the a-arm spacer and I'm only reccomending it from my own experience.

I don't have any personal experience with Zone stuff but have heard good things. There is one thing with the kit that isn't good though.
When they put lower control arms only in the kit they do this so that you have to come back and get uppers afterwards. Afterwards usually means after you've broken something. When you just put lowers on the upper arms hold the axle in place and the longer lower ones rotate the differential downwards (not good) which puts a lot of strain on your driveshaft and transfer case.
The other thing is minor, most of the time you won't need the transfercase drop until your at 5+", but saying that every jeep is slightly different.
I'm in Edmonton right now doing a 3" lift on a buddy's WJ I'll post up so better pics when I get home in a couple days. But to give you an idea of what a 3" lift looks like just imagine the tire being 1" higher up than it is right now.
This is parts from IRO, KOR, and Mopar with HD swaybars F/R and air overloads in the back.

Forgot to mention about your choice of Rims/ tires.
Are you going to be running 32x10.5 or 265/75-16? Or are you looking at something narrower? A 32 is slightly wider than the 265 so you would need a bit more backspacing for an actual 32 plus a bit more trimming to keep it from rubbing.
