High everyone
New to this great site.I have a couple of questions I have a 1994 Grand Cherokee that is hard to start.I have to crank on it for about 5-7 seconds before it will start. If I crank just for a couple seconds and turn the key off and try to restart it seems to start right up.I am in the market for another Jeep in the cherokee line maybe a little newer 1998-2002 what should I watch out for I want something reliable. Thanks
Usually this is caused by a leaking o-ring in the fuel pump. Just flip the key a couple times to charge the fuel rail up and then fire it up. You'll be good to go.
