i found a website - http://www.---------- it sells grille guard, bull bar and side step bar...etc. has anyone heard of it? they offer free shipping in canada which is very attractive.... please give me advice.

I'd check there price compared to another 4x4 dealer to see wheather hes much higher to be able to give you the FREE shipping. Also unless your into jeeps for show, rather than offroading they don't seem to have much to offer. Looks new so may be they will in the near future.
