1996 jeep cherokee transmission oil and fuse question
hi, im new here, and im new to owning jeeps. i bought a 1996 cherokee. about a month ago, my heater blower motor stopped working. a friend of mine thought it was due to the fuse going bad, but when he tried to fix it, he blew the fuse for the guages in my cluster. i was wondering what fuse do i have to change to fix this, as i cannot tell my gas, or speed or anything. secondly, i have to change my transmission oil and transfercase oil. i took it into a mechanic but he is charging me $200+ just for the transfer case oil change. so i was hoping if someone on here could tell me how to do it, or direct me to a previous post that may have already covered this topic. if you could help me out, id really appreciate it. also i live in the greater toronto area, so if someone has any spare jeep parts laying around and wants to unload them, let me no, i need a new passanger side headlight and taillight wiring as well. thank you.

Re: 1996 jeep cherokee transmission oil and fuse question
Try good for changing oil in transfer case.
I have added oil in it before , its almost the same as changing oil in engine. There will be a bolt to take out to remove the oil. I don't know much about fuses , try searching. |
