09 commander transfer case issue
 

hi folks. newbie here. have an 09 commander that wont move in reverse or forward. started it up and put it in gear, looked underneath and the front drive shaft is spinning but wont engage gears. from what ive read could be the transfer case motor ? any help would be greatly appreciated.
