Default pinion depth markings

my old 2.72 gears for my amc 20 had scribed on there a +3(.003) my new 4.10 gears have scribed on there a 95 on the ring and pinion . A 2.551 scribed on the ring gear. Along with .006 scribed on the ring gear. My 2.72's were set up properly with.095 pinion depth shim. The 95 scribed on the new ring and pinion shows they are a matched set right? And based on the markings scribed on the old and new gears should'nt my starting pinion depth shim be .092 to start setting up the 4.10's or..
