1981 cj7 for sale

Hi i have a 1981 cj7 for sale, it does'nt have a motor or tranny but has everything else, 33's are brand new, it's in very good condioion and inside is orginal, my husband recently died which is why i have to sell it and i really have no idea of what to ask for it, can someone please help with ideas of how much to ask for it? thanks so much i have pic's of it
