Hey so I'm trying to put together a roll cage for my 2 door cherokee and I have a guy thats going to give me some galvanized tube 2 3/8 OD and 1/8 wall for cheap and was wondering if that would be ideal tubing to build the main part of my cage out of? Thanks!

 

Welding galvanised anything can be hazardous to the health.

 

I think I'd be very leary of using galvanized for a roll bar plus if your want it to hold up in an actual rollover I wouldn't go with anything less than 3/16".
