1993 Jeep Wrangler - Built in Moderation
It’s not uncommon to see moderately built Jeeps walk all over custom creations that haven’t been well thought-out. Mike Meeker’s ’93 Wrangler may not have a tube frame or a V-8 but it works, and it works well. Since Mike is retired and needed something to do other than smoke cigars all day, he decided to build a Jeep and travel around the States in a motorhome along with his friends. We caught up with Mike during his Pacific Northwest vacation away from Texas life. The sidehills and goat trails of Washington didn’t pose much of a problem for Mike’s YJ but there were some tight tree squeezes that made things interesting at times.
