I have had an issue on the inside bracket, the powder coat flaked a little... And is now showing some rust. It hasn't worked through to be visable, and when I contacted Josh, he has offered to get it cleaned and re-coated for minimal cost... A very reasonable offer!

I am still extremely happy with the product and price... And customer service!
