Hitch & Swing out (all in steel)
 

Hitch from a 2003 TJ $50.(Hitch is 1 solid piece has to be bolted unto ur truck)
Swing out portion of rear bumper (you would need the have a steel bumper and attach this
piece to it, your 33 or 35 in tire attaches to this. I also have the pin which could be reused but needs to be welded or I can direct u to where to obtain a new pin (locally) $ to be discussed
