up loading avatar

trying to upload a pic for my avatar but i keep getting a upload fail. any ideas?
pic size is 80x80

Welcome to the forum, your avatar may still be larger than the 19.5 kb limit.

You have an avatar pic of a jeep there now, whatever u did the first time just do it again.. but be patient sometimes it will take a reboot till it shows up
