Just signed up!!
Hi, I just signed up to the forum today. I don't have a Jeep yet, but do plan on purchasing one soon. So I thought I would spend some time reading and getting to know what everyone is doing to their rigs and have a place to ask questions. Prior to my boring Dodge Journey, I had a 2005 Nissan Xterra which I had made many upgrades to and actually started up an Xterra club. Biggest issue with Nissan was the lack of after market parts. I am excited to be on the path to becoming a Jeep owner.
Hi Welcome to the Forum, This is a good place to start with questions. Will you be buying new or used whatever the case shop around there are good deals out there for those willing to shop.
Hi Mr. White,
Thanks for the welcome. I will be looking for a new 4 door. Probably in the spring of 2014. So it could be a 2013 straggler on a lot, or more than likely a 2014. Between now and then I need to decide on whether to go with the Sarah, Moab, or Rubicon.

Sahara d30 front d44 rear gearing standard 3.21 or option 3.73
Rubicon d44 front and rear gearing standard 4.11 lockers etc I believe a better deal if your willing to pay the difference
Moab Have check some info on it but cannot see anything out of the original except for a bumper w/winch tray and rock rails you can probably oem cheaper
If your buying new or used try and get both tops. Shop around - get what yu really want even if you have to wait a little longer - you'll be more happy in the end... remember the fuel mileage sucks.. your driving a vehicle with the aerodynamics of a BRICK..
