Howdy all,
Been checking this place for awhile now, and as of yesterday we are the proud owners of a new(to us) 2000 TJ.
The Wife has been wanting a Jeep for awhile now, so we spotted what we felt was a good deal and snapped it up.
She has the 6cyl, has an auto, tranny, and the mandatory A/C for when it gets too hot here in the sunny Okanagan. She seems very well looked after, has around 130K Km's on her, and is basically stock. She will be the Wife's daily driver, so we don't have any real massive plans for modifications (though we have said that everytime we've bought new bikes...and that never stopped us there either)
We'll probably look into a slight 2" lift and some 31" or 32" tires next spring, and maybe upgrade the stereo a bit. I've also been looking for a Bikini top, and so far the best and easist deal seems to be thru Cambodian Tire. (they've quote me around $135 for a Besttop brand, including the channel)

I've got a few regular maintenance questions which i'll fire off int othe respective forum sections in a bit. For now I just wanted to say "hi"

PS. More than anything, the Dog seems to approve of the his new wheels. We took the hardtop off, went out for a spin....and he was very pleased.

Nice ride and I see the boss is already in command of her new wheels. There alot of fun weather u do offroading or not, nice in winter not having to shovel the driveway..
