Canada Humming noise

I have a 2nd gen 2017 Compass Limited (23000 km on the odometer) and I have this annoying humming noise that comes on around 60 KMph and persists all the way through highway speeds (110 kmph). When the humming does sound, to get rid of it I just turn my traction control off. I have taken into my local FCA dealer and they have not been able to isolate the problem for the 3 times I have taken it to them. They checked all the drivelines, seals and other bits under the car and said that they are just fine. But the problem persists. Turning off traction control in the warmer months isnt that much of an inconvenience, but winters here in Canada can be a bit bad to turn off traction control.

They said that his humming is normal for the 9 speed transmission. But this is my 2nd jeep with the 9 speed and the humming noise was not an issue on the first.

Anyone have any ideas on what this problem could be? What can I suggest to the dealer?

I am definately not in 4x4 mode. Always in Auto unless there is a crazy amount of snow in the city. As for the tires humming, that was my first thought and took it in to get the balance and rotation completed in October of 2018.

Tires do make noise even if they are balance correctly,, some more than others, could be a hole in the front somewhere or as I had when I had my 89 xj
the undercarriage at 1 of the mirrors the wind would howl until I plugged the opening. If you could give us some recording of the sound it might help

I will definitely get you all a recording of it later today. I am sure my phone will pick up the noises.

I got my compass into a Jeep service center and they were able to hear and replicate the issue. They did some searching and found service bulletin 08-095-18 and performed the service. This seems to have corrected the issue.
