Here's a website I suggest you go to, click on the area under RECALLS... put the last 8 numbers of your vin nr and see what recalls you have for your vehicle.

Ya i did that earlier today...says I need to have the MOPAR TOW BAR replaced or fixed? the recall date was back in november...

also, question for ya guys...the only thing i am not to keen on is that my gas cap does not lock...i found this on ebay....

The cap door look good and the recall did U enter your 8 last digits or the one I provided, cause It's my recall, I bought the rear bumper from Mopar and Chrysler think I bought a tow bar and the dealer think it's the sway-bar so go figure,,,I will not bring my Jeep in, there is NO way!

 

no, i typed mine in...lol...i believe it was from nov 16, 2009? or something rather....why wont you bring it in?

I did not buy a tow bar, the guy at the counter does not know the difference between a tow bar and a sway bar and the guy that install my rear bumper did not read the instructions, since the rear bumper as a spare carrier and is use for recovery, He forgot to install the braces, the spare was very loose, use metric bolt with a standard nut, should I go on, So I don't trust them, they might and will remove my front bumper to inspect, if they don't read the recall correctly.

 

hmm...maybe i shouldnt do it then, lol...

any chance you know of how to update the maps on my in dash navi without having to pay $200? lol
