i need to no if the 2007 jeep rubcion auto has a trans cooler and yes i have the factory hitch on the car or do i have to put 1 on

 

You need to check your build sheet. You can get it at any dealer's service department, or you can e-mail Chrysler Canada for it like I did. All you need is the VIN. I'd think if you have a factory hitch, it would be part of a complete towing package. But check the original build sheet to make sure someone is not trying to pull the wool over your ears.
