Need help daylight lights stay on!

Hello there!
I have 2003 Liberty and came across a problem.
The daytime lights stay on when I turn off the car,I've tried with the a new
relay fuse but still does the same thing, can it possible
be the DLR module toast? And if so where is it located and whats the cost in replacing
the unit.
I'm driving now without the daytime relay fuse and the high beam
Light don't work.

Thanks

Does this happen when you have your headlights on, turn off the vehicle and then turn off your head lights?
