Engine stalls then floods

Engine stalls then floods
Ive got a 2002 4.7, the engine stops by its self, if I try to start it too manny time it floods. when it runs it runs good (normal) as soon as it reaches normal operating temperature the engine shuts off... no warning, no engine light. Would faulty 02 sensors cause this? any ideas?
