I have a code that keeps poping up trans over temp no one can find the issue. Anyone have any idea what could cause this?

It has been to the dealer. New fluid, filterss, new sol pack it is very weird comes on now and then to 5 to 40sec

It could be a faulty temp sensor. Then again it could actually be going over temp, smell the fluid to see if it has a burnt smell.
