I paid 150 for mine.Seam seal the panel underneath before painting.That's where the rust starts.Everything catches in there and then the rust starts.

I tried to contact Cross Canada and they never returned email or call. But I just received my brand new fenders from a very unusual place: a hyundai dealer :0) My girl friend ex is working there and he ordered them for me at the employee special price. They cost me 457$ tax in. I've found a paint shop willing to paint them for 400$.... very cool!

I think the best buy are after market fenders/flares.

Two names come to mind.

AEV HighLine and

TJ Highline Body Kit - TJ (1997-2006 Wrangler) - Shop By Vehicle

Metal Cloak

Jeep Wrangler TJ/LJ/YJ 4" Arched Front Flare

I have the HighLine on my TJ.
This is with 255/80R17s and stock Rubicon suspension.

I'm pretty sure I got my passenger fender from the same ad that was posted from kijiji. I've had it on for about 5 years with no issues. If it's the same place the fenders are primed and it still was cheaper including the gas there and back than what the dealer wanted.
