Default 13 Rubicon with sludge in coolant reservoir

Hey guys!
After 53000km I found this brown like mud sludge at the bottom of my coolant reservoir
After a quick visit to the dealer they just flash and clean it and they told me that everything it's fine
After reading on the net about this problem I think they had to do way more to guarantee no future problems with my cooling system
I want to hear from you guys that had the same problem and how did you fix it
Thanks....

I wouldn't get too wound up about it. Seems to be an issue with new OAT formulation. With a good flush, you'll be ok.

I just found out that there is a S.T.A.R Case #S12307000008
about this problem and requires the replacement of radiator, heater core, oil cooler and coolant reservoir tank
Yap! I think there is A PROBLEM!

That star case refers to casting sand in the cooling system causing problems with heat transfer components. Tell tail signs would be poor heat output / uneven heat output per side. Precipitates from the coolant won't cause that. If that's the case, a simple flush/refill will suffice.

I know for sure that the vents in the middle blow hotter air than the driver side one
Is this normal?

As long as they flushed the entire system not just the reservoir you are probably good.
If it is sand or crud it is in all cooling tanks and lines..

Relate to the coolant sludge..... or manufacturing defect?............Time will show
