Been having a great time getting dirty and going places I didn't think I could go in a stock Commander.
Had this little light come on the dash and the code read "catalytic converter bank 2"
So I had my mechanic take a look.........
some damned fool took his luxury SUV off-road and ended up crushing his muffler (which he replaced with a smaller Flowmaster) and apparently, cracked a very expensive Cat converter which blew the O2 sensor.

This might seems of little value in the personnel information you give when you register. But the reason we ask you to put your location (either city OR province) is that you might be asking a question and be for example in BC asking where to get a part or how to install this part, now if a member from NS replies and says you can buy this part at Joe's Shop here in Halifax for X dollars and while your at it I am just down the road from you why not drop over to my garage and we'll put it on. Well if your in BC the NS member is giving you information which yu actually cannot use. But if he knew you were in BC he'd wouldn't tell u about Joe's shop in NS but might just say nothing or try to find something closer to your home. So this is one reason why we ask for location.. putting mars or planet earth.. isn't doing you any good if you want some real constructive assistance.
